[Elecraft] SO2R recommendations

DXDoubler is controlled by a parallel port and uses "PC generated" CW
on the parallel port.  micro2R is controlled by USB and includes a K1EL
Winkey 2 chip for CW generation otherwise they are functionally similar
in terms for mic/CW/PTT/headphone switching.
