[Elecraft] Strange behavior of P3

Hi Martin, 

Problem #2 is a bug in the P3 firmware.  With the new K3S there are
additional steps in both the attenuator and the preamp that the P3 is not
taking into account.  This will be fixed in the next P3 firmware release.
