[Elecraft] Eneloop or Eneloop Pro Batteries for my KX3?

I finally decided to get some rechargeable batteries (and the KXBC3) for my KX3.
The Regular Eneloop are 2000 mAh and 1000 recharge cycles The Eneloop Pro's are 2550 mAh and 500 Recharge cycles.
I'm not really concerned about the difference in recharge cycles so the Pro's look like the ones to go with for longer run time.
I have read that the Pros are slightly larger and don't fin it some battery holders but I would suspect that I would not have that issue in the KX3.

Any thoughts?
