[Elecraft] [Elecraft} K3 keeps going into transmit mode on 80m SSB

Hi,
I have a strange issue on my K3.  It keeps going into transmit mode every 1-2 seconds go a split second.  This is only happening on 80m, LSB and if AGC is off.  It doesn’t happen in any other mode or band.  I have disconnected all cables except for the antennas and the 15pin accessory cable.
If I turn AGC on, it goes away.  If I turn it off, it comes back.  Anyone have any ideas?
