[Elecraft] Elecraft website and Fios

If it were a problem with Windows 10.  It would be a problem with every 
Windows 10.  It's not Elecraft's server and its not Windows 10.  So 
perhaps you guys having trouble can go create you're own special 
interest group.  I'm pretty sure I saw Eric say enough on this already.
