[Elecraft] P3 v1.57 / SVGA v1.31 BETA firmware available

It would of course be best if the P3 software actually would execute
macros one after th other with no issues...  I tried inserting 100ms of
";" in and that seemed to fail...  Nice use of the tools at hand!
