[Elecraft] K3S Computer Audio Question with Sub RX installed

When I get the SubRx will it be possible to monitor two different
frequencies/bands AND have the audio separate on the computer? I'd like to
be able to monitor two different bands for digital traffic.

I just can't imagine how that will work. I'm pretty sure I can listen to
different antennas (diversity mode) but not sure about different bands.
