[Elecraft] P3 TX MON envelope display

Barry,

I don't have one, but I have seen them in use.  The envelope display 
looks like what I see on my analog 'scope.
It may be digital, but the refresh rate is fast enough you will not be 
able to differentiate it from an analog display.
