[Elecraft] K3 Utility with Windows 10

Rick,
     The K3 utility wants a com port to connect to, and that com port 
needs to be the same as the one for the radio. If you are using a USB 
adapter, it declares itself as a com port. Go into device manager and 
see which com port your adapter "thinks" it is, and make a note of it. 
Use that com port in the utility to connect to the K3, and make sure you 
have the data rate and data bits spec'd correctly. Once the utility gets 
correct information, it should work perfectly.
