[Elecraft] KXBC3 clock drift

When you are logging to paper and have the radio clock displayed for the specific purpose of having a handy UTC clock it's annoying when it's off.  The KXBC3 is marketed as a battery charger and RTC, and I bought it for both.

You know a radio must be pretty good when the complaints start drifting off to how accurate (or not) it is as a timepiece ;-)
