No.  ESSB is not active in DATA A - transmit bandwidth is limited
to approximately 300 - 2500 Hz by the DSP.

However, if you use WSJT-X in "Split" mode, WSJT-X will automatically
offset VFO B and adjust the tones to keep the transmitted audio between
1500 and 2000 Hz (for maximum rejection of distortion and harmonics)
through the full 300 - 4300 Hz receive bandpass (both JT65A and JT9).
