Jerry,

This is my SDR Linux view setup. I am running on Ubuntu 14 - 64 bit.

I use QUISK (Version 3.6.11) - to interface my KX3 to a rather old Dell Inspiron i7. To do this you need the USB Control cable (KXUSB) and a decent sound card. The sound card on the laptop was mono input only - so I use an ASUS Xonar U7 as the external Soundcard and this is connected also by USB.

The software is easy and simple to use/setup.

Hope this helps

	Regards

		Tim
