[Elecraft] RJ-45 connector on K3/0 Mini

It's for programming the unit at the factory. The full K3 and K3S have them
as well.

I noticed an RJ-45 connector on the bottom panel of the K3/0 Mini but I
can't find any documentation about what it's for.  Anyone on the reflector
know?
