[Elecraft] Stripping toroid leads

Damp kitchen sponge works great.  My Weller solder station has a little 
one with cuts in it in the base of the holder.  Whatever enamel 
contamination ends up of the iron tip comes right off and the tip is 
shiny and bright again.
