[Elecraft] Problem with K3S build

The fact that you're seeing PLL1 and PLL2 indicate that the firmware
thinks the older KSYN3 is installed.  If it has the KSYN3A, SYN1 and
SYN2 would show in the VFO B window, instead.

With the K3S's top cover removed, do you see the KSYN3A's green LED on
solid?  It's visible from the top side.

Make sure the KSYN3A is properly seated on the RF board connector.
