[Elecraft] K3: Remote Operating from Assisted Living

While I understand the problem with installing antennas, this sounds to 
me like nothing more than a specialized type of Skype/VoIP where you use 
your radio as a hardware interface.

Interesting yes, but this is not ham radio.
