Do you know what the term "Slander" means?

Out of the thousands of transactions I have made with paypal your is one of
the first I could not complete.
Your behavior towards me has been puzzling after I was nice to you.  I
tried a few time to get you the money but YOU chose not to complete the
transaction.

Now you have taken it upon yourself to slander me second time.

PLEASE STOP slandering me.

If this continues I will seek legal advice.
