[Elecraft] K1 Power jack size ?

Outside of the jack (hole) size is 6.50 +/- 0.04 mm diameter measured.  
Hole has a little springy contact that will accommodate a smaller plug.  
OD contact size of the plug is 5.50 +/- 0.02 mm measured.

Yeah, it's really confusing.
