[Elecraft] K3S odd KAT3A behavior and question

I tried this a couple of times with my K3S. Didn't notice any
difference between the tuner active and tuner bypassed.
Tuner insertion loss is in the order of 1.0 dB or less when matched,
depending on which side of 50 ohms it is required to match. Very low Z
matches tend to show a bit more loss than values above 50 ohms.
