[Elecraft] Crackling in Headphones

I have done this, and the popping noise remains. It is generated in the radio

See if you hear it with no antenna connected (or switch to ANT 2 if
nothing is plugged into it).

That will tell you if it is some kind of noise that you are picking up
or if it is being produced in the radio.
