[Elecraft] No transmit on 12m in split??

Tried that on my radio.  Got the message SPLIT N/A.   Humm, must have 
something wrong.  Went back through the steps to set VFO B = VFO A.  
Tried it and it worked OK.  Then set VFO B to 5 kHz higher and it 
worked.  My conclusion on my part..........operator error.
