[Elecraft] K3S DSP filter plots

To the best of my knowledge, Elecraft have never published "curves"
of the DSP response since the DSP is so dynamic.  However, I remember
Lyle commenting that the DSP has a constant skirt slope something on
the order of 30 dB/100 Hz.
