Eric is not only totally off base, he's wrong. When someone steals
something the thief is to blame. Granny taught us at a very young age,
if it isn't yours, then you leave it alone. It's not the victims
fault. Ever. Why would you hire people you can't trust, sounds like a
better job of screening applicants at your factory might be in order.
Sure we all should take precautions to safeguard our property. A thief
is a thief, always will be a thief.
So I disagree, with Eric.
