[Elecraft] RTTY contesting with KX3 and KXPA100

I spent quite a bit of time on 20M PSK with my KX3. At 5 watts, 
as recommended by Elecraft, I didn't have any problems with heat 
with the standard heat sink. I was working the plentiful eastern 
European stations from New Hampshire, so my use may not have 
been as intense as contesting.
