[Elecraft] LED bulbs

I would buy one or two of any bulb before replacing a lot of them.  Some of
the Chinese LED's are very noisy.  It is not the LED itself, but the driving
circuitry.  There are some very quiet ones out there as well, but it is hard
to tell until you try them.
