[Elecraft] PX3 - qrm on VHF?

The KX3 can radiate some VHF from the antenna connector, even during receive.

This change is included with all new factory assembled KX3s with a serial number higher than 2406.
It is included with all new KX3 kits with a serial number higher than 2492.
