[Elecraft] Don't have a 50W dummy load

Not hijacked, just that there are no valid certificates for that site - 
I believe it is an OK site.
Ridge Equipment does have an Ebay store, so if you are hesitant to go 
direct to the site, go to Ebay and look for Ridge Equipment from there - 
they should be listed in the Test Equipment category.
