[Elecraft] Don't have a 50W dummy load

You can use it as a K3/10. The safe way is to set Config->KPA3 
to PA BYP to disable the 100W amp. Now you can contact your 
friends and ask to borrow a dummy load. <Repeat Don's scold here.>
