[Elecraft] Problems activating VOX in Data Mode

Morgan,

There are 4 DATA sub-modes - DATA A and AFSK will allow VOX to be turned 
on/off.  PSK D and FSK D do not use VOX and will show N/A if you try to 
turn it on.

The DATA sub-mode is a per band setting.
