[Elecraft] KAT500: Won't power on unless I remove the DC power cable and reinsert it ...

I had issues with intermittent connections with the power plug on mine.  
Don't remember if I was using the cord that came with The KAT500 or not, 
but I haven't had any more problems since I switched to another cord 
with a better fitting plug.
