[Elecraft] k3 switching supply

I have two SMSSs here:

Powerwerx SS30DV - used as aux supply for VHF FM and other aux
devices.

Samlex SEC1235M - used for K3, KX3, supplemental battery charge
current source.

Neither have appreciable RFI issues.
