[Elecraft] USPS shipping rates for non USA

I am very happy to report that Madelyn from Elecraft sales contacted me via email and offered an alternate USPS shipping option
(slower and no tracking) that was only $USD15 .. which seems pretty reasonable to me. 

I love this company, … they truly understand customer service !
