[Elecraft] Digikeyer II PSK31

I have a DigiKeyer II and it is currently connected to my K3. I am using FLDigi software and have no problem whatsoever in copying PSK31. But when I hit the transmit key I am not getting any ALC bars to show on the K3. I turn the Mic control even up to 60 and still no ALC bars. I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Help!!
