[Elecraft] P3TXMON now Shipping; K3S backlog down to 2-3 weeks

We've started shipping the P3TXMON orders this week. Please be patient with us 
as we received a very large number of orders for these the first week and will 
be working through that backlog for the next several weeks.

Our sales team will be contacting each person as their order comes up for 
shipment to confirm credit card and shipping info.
