[Elecraft] P3 TX Module

Our assembly house here for the P3TXMON boards has had a couple of delays on 
them, some due to a parts delay and some due to capacity limitations created by 
our K3S ramp up. We swapped it with several other product deliveries and expect 
these boards here next week.
