[Elecraft] K2 using LP-Pan2 to drive the PX3

The PX3 can decode the I/Q outputs from the LP-Pan just fine - you will 
have a spectrum display.
However, integration is quite another question.  You will not have the 
frequency display as you would when connected to the KX3.
