[Elecraft] Windows 8.1 tablet power

Why have such seemingly simple things gotten so hard?
Like nobody ever figured one would want to use and charge a device at 
the same time?
This capability should be part of the tablet.

I'd comment on how hard it is to key a radio via a computer these days 
but won't.
