[Elecraft] K3 hi SWR between radio and KPA500 on 160M only

Hi Bill,

Is it possible that the K3 built-in antenna tuner is in the active position
on 160 meters only. This could account for the problem and might still show
a 1:1 SWR into a dummy load.
