[Elecraft] K3 bugs

Dave,

Is there any chance that you pressed the MODE ^ button instead of just 
tapping it.
If so, note that a hold of that button puts the K3 into TX TEST - no RF 
is generated, but all other controls and electronic switches go to the 
transmit state.
