[Elecraft] K3/0 mini

It's not completely clear from the K3/0-mini documentation (which is
rather high-level), but it appears that it only has a TTL interface
(for connection to the RemoteRig box), and not RS232, so you wouldn't
be able to directly connect it to a K3 using a "null modem" cable, as
you could with the original K3/0. Perhaps you could build a
level-converter and make it work - I don't know if it's that simple or
not. It'd be a rather expensive "upgrade" anyway.....
