[Elecraft] [KX3] MCU 2.27 BUG NB/NR mode

I tried this out last night and had different results. I was able to tune
with no problem with both or either NB or NR selected. But, I did notice
that if I selected say NR and then changed the value to something else say
4 instead of 5, then I had to click another button (or the NR button) again
to be able to tune. If I was satisfied with the NR or NB setting after
having selected that function, then about 3 seconds later the KX3 just
accepted that value and returned me to normal operations; i.e, I was able
to tune with the main vfo knob.

David, I think this is consistent with your results as well. You can't
move on until you finish with that function.
