[Elecraft] Split operation

The real fix is to just pay attention, and read the screen.
I spent years in IT where if people just seemed unable to simply read the screen.
It's the same here with the split, people just need to pay attention to what they're doing.

Why not just have the DVR say "UP, UP" whenever you transmit in split mode.
Save wear and tear on the KC Kops.
