[Elecraft] K3 Error 6 when changing filters then xmitting

I completed the TX calibration but the problem persists with a dummy 
load or antenna.

I can see a huge power spike after changing the filters which is causing 
the amp to fault out.

I noticed that the power output of the amp ramps up initially.

Weird.
