[Elecraft] Clock chip

I agree with you, Don re no real use for a clock 
in a radio.

OTOH, if there is one -- and there is one in the 
K3 -- I'd like it to be at least as accurate as 
the $15 watch I have on my wrist :-)

I do wonder why there is one at all.
