[Elecraft] Update to KSYN3A FAQ (some measured dynamic range numbers)

Argh!  That will make the K3 second to the Flex 6700 in Sherwood's
table <G> although the 100 KHz blocking will be better than the "A/D
Limited" for the 6700.
