Actually, the KIO3B USB port handles PTT and Key just as if they were 
attached to a physical serial port.

It does NOT handle FSK, which was and remains part of the ACC connector, 
not the serial port or its control signals.

> For FSK you still have to break out serial port lines for Key In and PTT and feed them to the the ACC port  but that is easily done with a couple of transistors.
