Usually drivers like to be installed as admin - right-click on the file and
select that option.  FTDI just released an update at
http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

Does anyone have any experience installing the FTDI  drivers on windows 10
for the K3/0 mini. Windows 10 does not appear to install them automatically.
I cannot find instructions on the web site.
