[Elecraft] PX3 opposite sideband nulling

Hi Ken, 

First make sure the cables between the PX3 and the KX3 are firmly plugged in
on both the KX3 and PX3 sides.  Pay attention to the I/Q 2.5mm cable.  
During adjustment, move the encoder slowly, the adjustment values are
usually small. 
If you're still having trouble, please contact Elecraft customer support.
