[Elecraft] K3S Semi firm plan

I've noticed with my K3S when operating with a SWR of greater than 2.5 :
1 the power output does take a dive downward. While I use an external
tuner, it would make sense to have and use the internal ATU in certain
applications.

While resonant antennas are best, I operate 160M and 80M and due to the
bandwidth, some means getting SWR to reasonable value across the band
sure seems reasonable. I find the internal tuner does and excellent job
resolving a match with these bands.
