[Elecraft] normal K3 voltage drop on TX

Charles, at 100w into a dummy loadI see a .8 volt drop from 13.8 vdc on 
a switching supply, and 17.5 amps. I think it may be time for me to 
clean some contacts, too.  The fuse holders are always good suspects.
